Mischa Barton was arrested on 27 December for driving under the influence and possession of a prescription medicine without a prescription and driving without a license.
Later she was released on bail set at $10,000, and when home with her worried parents.
The incident was commented by the officers approached her car, they discovered Barton "was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage."
But there is something more interesting up next.
Reports are telling that the starlet Mischa Barton had been smoking marijuana when she was arrested by police.
And the 21-year-old, who registered a 0.12 on a breathalyzer test, was also found to have marijuana on her person, as well as prescription drugs that were not in her name, according to TMZ.com.
Well, young lady you seen in trouble, cause you make some bad friends to you – the marijuana. Her parents should be more careful with their daughter, cause she may turn on the bad way, and could be like Lindsay Lohan, or Brit.
But let’s hope that her parents will reaction at her first mistake and will help Barton to handle the right way.
